Anthony Nolan Training Zone

As part of our commitment to providing a first class support service to all our runners, we are delighted to introduce our new and innovative Anthony Nolan Training Zone. The site contains the following features: -

  • Extensive training programmes for runners of all abilities and ambitions. Whether you are taking on your first 5K or are ready for the challenge of a full Marathon, we will ensure that you achieve the right level of fitness before you step foot on the start line
  • Do you have so lots of burning questions about your training, race preparation or what you should do about shin splints? Drop in and see our personal trainer who will be able to provide answers for all frequently asked running questions. He might even flex his muscles for you while you are there!
  • Step into the cyber world through our blogging and forum systems! You can get to know and chat with other runners, keep a diary of your training and fundraising, or simply get a few things off your chest. Are you finding it tough to motivate yourself to go running while it's raining? Ask for advice through your blog and let your fellow runners help you out!
  • Is the stress of trying to work out how far you have run worse that actually doing the distance? If so, we have the answer to your prayers! Use our Route Planner to map out your favourite runs with accurate distances and if you find one you really like, share it with your fellow runners!
