Cord Blood Bank in Nottingham

Cell Therapy Centre in NottinghamThe purpose-designed Anthony Nolan Cell Therapy Centre, which includes a processing facility, has been built in the grounds of Nottingham Trent University with funding provided by the East Midlands Development Agency.

With the help of the James Tudor Foundation (£150,000) and an investment of £700,000 of charitable funds the Charity has bought the initial and most basic equipment so that we can get started.

The official opening of Anthony Nolan Cell Therapy Centre at Nottingham took place in September. It was a brilliant event with the Secretary of State for Health, Alan Johnson as guest of honour unveiling the plaque.
